Friends of Blaise Ingoglia
A Florida political committee. Its state registration lists Blaise Ingoglia, Florida's chief financial officer and the Republican nominee for the office in 2026, as chairperson. It lists no affiliated candidate. Since July 10, 2021, it has reported $7,655,270 in contributions under 654 contributor names.
Kept separate. The committee also reported $650.00 in 1 refund to contributors and $109,747.93 in interest earned on its bank accounts (Bank Of Tampa Money Market Account, Midflorida Credit Union, as filed). Interest is income on money already raised, not a contribution, and is not included in any total above.
3% of the money came in contributions of $100,000 or more.
2 contributions of $100,000 or more total $200,000. Gifts under $10,000 are 69% of all contributions by count but 28% of the money. Florida political committees can accept contributions of any size.
The top 20 contributors gave $1.7M, or 22% of the total.

Values SignalData changed from the filing are tagged: “completed” where the state database cut off a final word and only one word fits (FLORI → FLORIDA), “corrected” where a word is plainly misspelled (COMPNAY → COMPANY). Hover a tag for the value as filed; the CSV keeps both. Spellings that differ only in punctuation are combined; other variants of the same contributor are not.
Where contributors are, by address
Contributions came from addresses in 27 states, the District of Columbia. Florida addresses account for 81% of the money. None came from Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, or Wyoming. An address is where the contributor filed from; a company’s address may be a headquarters or a mailing office.
Color shows gross contributions from contributor addresses in each state. Not on the map: address redacted in the state record: $7,000 in 1 contribution.

What these records show, and what they don’t
- They show contributions the committee reported to the Division of Elections, from July 10, 2021 through Oct. 9, 2026. Contributions received after Oct. 9, 2026 are not yet included.
- They do not show how the committee spent its money. Expenditure records have not been pulled.
- A contribution records a transfer of money. It does not show what, if anything, a contributor sought or received in return.
- Totals are gross. Refunds ($650.00) are listed separately, and interest ($109,747.93) is not a contribution.
- Names, occupations and addresses are as filed, with two kinds of change, each tagged where it appears: a final word the state database cut off is completed where only one word fits (FLORI becomes FLORIDA), and a plainly misspelled word is corrected (COMPNAY becomes COMPANY). Proper names are never changed. The state database cuts names at 30 characters, occupations at 20 and in-kind descriptions at 23, so some names remain incomplete. The CSV has each value as filed alongside the changed one. The database does not link one contributor’s different spellings, and a person and a company they control appear as separate contributors.
- Statement of Organization received by the Division of Elections on June 11, 2021, when Ingoglia was a state legislator. Contributions before 2025 are included in the totals and the list.
- The state record shows the address redacted for 1 contributors (as filed: WHITE FRANK).
