Roles come from the board page. The district pages disagree: District 2 calls DeCarlo 2nd Vice Chair, and Goodbread's own page says both 2nd and 1st Vice Chair. Burroughs is presumably District 4, but the District 4 page could not be opened (fetch permission timed out), so his district, email and phone are blank.
