Conflicts and open questions
- Shows State Police users can search Flock's network. It does not show whether State Police own or lease ALPR cameras. No State Police ALPR policy or contract was found; FOIL needed.
- StateScoop says Executive Order 170 bars state agencies from helping federal civil immigration enforcement, including through license plate readers.
Secondhand report; not yet confirmed with the agency.
