Conflicts and open questions
- No MW figure was confirmed. A 2022 unattributed report of 250 MW was never confirmed.
- QTS says it used no water improperly or without paying. No wrongdoing has been alleged.
- Atlanta News First notes the county denied a separate proposed data center in Fayetteville after neighbor opposition. The city later banned new data centers (see moratoriums).
