Conflicts and open questions

  • Acreage is disputed: Converge Digest reports 1,200 acres, while a July 2026 CAC presentation cites about 2,000 acres.
  • The CAC presentation says construction dewatering could pump out up to 19 billion gallons; this is an advocacy estimate and was not independently verified.
  • Building-by-building status comes from Epoch AI, a third-party tracker, and is not an Amazon disclosure.
