No statewide measures this year.
From the state’s certified list, with the official wording and the committees registered for and against each.
No statewide ballot question is on Pennsylvania's Nov. 3, 2026 ballot in any record opened. The Department of State's candidate database shows 'No Records Exist' in its Referendum Listing for the 2026 General Election, and the Department's Upcoming Elections and Running for Office pages list no question. County records that list every question on their ballots show only local questions: Philadelphia's official notice to military and overseas voters (Aug. 14, 2026) lists two Home Rule Charter questions, and Delaware County's notice (revised Aug. 5, 2026) lists one county borrowing question for land conservation. Bucks County's list of offices and candidates on its 2026 General Election ballot (Sept. 17, 2026) has no question. Local questions are not in this layer.

What is not here yet
- The Department of State publishes no page that says in so many words that no statewide question is on the 2026 ballot; the empty list rests on the Referendum Listing, the Department's election pages and three county records (Philadelphia, Delaware, Bucks). Other counties' sample ballots were not opened.
- The Pennsylvania Bulletin (where the Secretary of the Commonwealth advertises proposed constitutional amendments) was not searched; not yet checked.
- The Referendum Listing was blocked once by the site's firewall on Oct. 20, 2026 and saved on a second attempt the same morning.
- The saved Referendum Listing page does not print which election it covers; it is the report served for the candidate database's default election, the 2026 General Election (election 116) (verifier, Oct. 20, 2026).
Gaps in the ballot records as of the date checked.
