DASTRA, ANTHONY JAMES$0.00$6,284.31—$0.00Jan. 1, 2026–Sept. 14, 2026Pennsylvania Department of State, 2026 Full Export (contributions, expenditures, debts, filers, receipts), file dated Oct. 14, 2026
  • GARRITY, STACY LORRAINE: Includes a $15,000 loan from Daniel J Gizzi received April 15, 2025, which the committee listed among its itemized contributions and also as an unpaid debt ('Loan to Campaign Committee'); it is counted here as a loan, not as money raised, and was still listed as unpaid on Sept. 14, 2026.
  • KENK4PA: The committee's name matches Ken Krawchuk's campaign website (kenk4pa.com, a lead, not a record) and it files with the Libertarian Party label, but its registration (which would name the candidate) could not be opened, and the Department's candidate database lists no committee and no report for Krawchuk's candidate number (2026C1456). The link to him rests on the name only. Three of its filed opening balances do not equal the previous report's recomputed ending balance (by $593.94, the amount of its 2025 in-kind contributions, then by $30.00 and $25.00), so the recomputed cash on hand, which comes out below zero, is uncertain.
  • DASTRA, ANTHONY JAMES: This is the candidate's own report (no committee report was found). It lists $6,284.31 in expenditures, several described as costs to be reimbursed by the campaign, and no contributions; cash on hand is left blank because the export does not include the report's own ending balance. Dastra is not on the Nov. 3 ballot: the Department's withdrawals listing shows him removed from the ballot on Aug. 21, 2026 (data/pa/elections-2026/raw/).

BOLTON, CRAIG JOSEPH$0.00$0.00$0.00$0.00Jan. 1, 2026–Sept. 14, 2026Pennsylvania Department of State, 2026 Full Export (contributions, expenditures, debts, filers, receipts), file dated Oct. 14, 2026
  • AUSTIN DAVIS: The committee's 30 Day Post-Primary report (May 5-June 8, 2026) is missing from the export (only an empty amendment record is listed), so the figures here cover only the 6th Tuesday Pre-Election report (June 9-Sept. 14, 2026).
  • JASON RICHEY: Jason Richey lent this committee $10,000 on May 29, 2026; it repaid him $10,000 in the June 9-Sept. 14 period. The loan is shown under loans, not raised, and the repayment is included in 'spent' as the committee reported it among its expenditures. Money also moved between Richey's two committees: this committee gave Friends of Jason Richey $7,060.57 (Feb. 27, 2026; in 'spent') and received $5,000.00 from it (March 18, 2026; in 'raised'), so the two committees' figures overlap and are not added together.
  • JASON RICHEY: Jason Richey's earlier committee; it ended March 30, 2026 with a recomputed balance of $0.00 and reported no activity after that. Its figures include a $5,000 loan from Jason Richey (dated July 23-24, 2025, first reported in October 2025), shown under loans, not raised; it repaid him $2,000 on Nov. 4, 2025 and $3,000 on Feb. 23, 2026 (both in 'spent'), and no loan was outstanding after that. Its 'raised' includes $7,060.57 from Jason Richey for PA (Feb. 27, 2026), and its 'spent' includes $5,000.00 given to that committee (March 18, 2026), so the two committees' figures overlap and are not added together.
  • BOLTON, CRAIG JOSEPH: This is the candidate's own report (filed Sept. 28, 2026); it shows no contributions, expenditures or balance. No committee for him was found in the export. Bolton is not on the Nov. 3 ballot: the Department's withdrawals listing shows him removed from the ballot on Aug. 21, 2026 (data/pa/elections-2026/raw/).

How to read this

Figures are recomputed from the Department of State's full campaign finance export (the 2026 file is dated Oct. 14, 2026 on the server, with data files dated Oct. 9), not read from filed cover pages: the Department's online report search (campaignfinanceonline.pa.gov) blocks the workspace. The latest report on file for every account is the 6th Tuesday Pre-Election report, covering through Sept. 14, 2026 (due Sept. 22, 2026 under the Department's 2026 reporting calendar). The next report, the 2nd Friday Pre-Election report covering through Oct. 19 and due Oct. 23, 2026, was not yet due when the export was made. Totals run from Jan. 1, 2025 (the start of the 2025 reporting year) through Sept. 14, 2026, except where an account's note says otherwise. 'Raised' counts monetary contributions only (Schedule I line 1, unitemized contributions of $50 or less, plus itemized Parts A-D); other receipts such as interest and refunds (Part E), loans and in-kind contributions (Schedule II) are shown separately and are not in 'raised'. 'Spent' is Schedule III expenditures. 'Cash on hand' is the ending cash balance of the Sept. 14 report, recomputed from its filed opening balance plus all Schedule I receipts minus expenditures, the same arithmetic as the report's cover page (lines A, B, D and E). For earlier reports this recomputation was checked against the next report's filed opening balance. Pennsylvania elects the governor and lieutenant governor as a joint ticket in November, but the lieutenant governor candidates keep their own committees, which are listed separately. Raised, spent, cash on hand and loans are different measures and are never added together.

Raised, spent and cash on hand are different measures from the same reports and are never added together. Loans are shown on their own and are not counted as money raised. Periods differ between accounts when committees file on different schedules.

What is not here yet

  • The Department's online report search and viewer (campaignfinanceonline.pa.gov/Pages/CFReportSearch.aspx) answers the workspace with a 403 bot-protection page (Incapsula), and WebFetch received the same block, so no filed cover page could be opened. Every figure is recomputed from the export rows; the export has no ending-balance or expenditure-total column to compare with.
  • No committee report for John Thomas, the Libertarian candidate for lieutenant governor, was found in the 2025 or 2026 export (searched by name). The Department's candidate database (data/pa/elections-2026/raw/) lists a campaign-finance report (ID 444538) for his candidate number 2026C1457; it is not in the export, which was made before it was filed. Not yet checked. Ken Krawchuk's committee is matched by name only (KENK4PA, the name of his campaign website); its registration could not be opened.
  • Friends of Austin Davis: the 30 Day Post-Primary report (May 5-June 8, 2026) is missing from the export, which lists only an empty amendment record (report 442992, filer name 'DAVIS, AUSTIN FRIENDS OF', all amounts zero). The committee's filed opening balance on the next report ($2,347,005.27) is $72,469.93 more than the recomputed end of the May 4 report, so that report's net activity is not shown. Davis's figures cover June 9-Sept. 14, 2026 only; earlier totals are given separately and are not added to them.
  • Statewide ballot questions: none found for Nov. 3, 2026. The Department of State's Referendum Listing for the 2026 General Election shows 'No Records Exist' (saved in data/pa/ballot-2026/raw/), and Delaware County's general-election candidate list (rev. Aug. 18, 2026) prints only a county referendum. No ballot-question committees are listed.
  • Lost primary candidates (for example John Ventre, Republican, lieutenant governor, primary May 19, 2026) are not included. Two filers coded with office 'GOV' in the 2026 filer file are not governor candidates and are left out: JNESO - District Council 1 IUOE (a political committee) and Supporters for Carol Hill-Evans (a state House member's committee).
  • The candidates' own reports for Josh Shapiro (2026C0403), Stacy Garrity (2026C0735) and Austin Davis (2026C0092) show no activity; their committees file the money. Jason Richey's own report (2026C0645) shows only the $10,000 loan to Jason Richey for PA and its repayment, and the $3,000 that Friends of Jason Richey repaid him (Feb. 23, 2026).
  • Reports filed after the export was made (the 2nd Friday Pre-Election report due Oct. 23, 2026, 24-hour reports from Oct. 20, and any later amendments) are not included. The export holds one version of each report; some are marked as amendments.
  • Legislative candidates (state House and Senate) are not yet done. The export covers them, and the Department's candidate list and database (with candidate numbers) are saved in data/pa/elections-2026/raw/, but committees have not yet been matched to the 2026 general-election candidates.
  • The three full-export zip files are 14.5 MB to 29.1 MB and are kept outside the repository; raw/PULLS.md gives their sizes, SHA-256 hashes and URLs. The rows used are saved unchanged in raw/extract/.
