Texas ballot · Nov. 3, 2026Checked Oct. 18, 2026

No statewide measures this year.

From the state’s certified list, with the official wording and the committees registered for and against each.

No statewide measure is on Texas's Nov. 3, 2026 ballot. The Secretary of State's 2026 November General Election page lists a proclamation, candidate listings, the ballot certification, the write-in list and a sample ballot, and no constitutional amendment election; the governor's proclamation orders the election only to elect state and district officers, legislators and members of Congress; and the certified sample ballot (Aug. 28, 2026) carries candidate races only, with no proposition section. Texas puts legislatively proposed constitutional amendments to voters in odd years as a rule; the most recent statewide amendment election was Nov. 4, 2025, when 17 propositions from the 89th Legislature were on the ballot. Local propositions may be on county, city or district ballots and are not covered here.
