    UNC-Chapel Hill signs agreement with Justice, Education departments closing 18 civil rights investigations and a compliance review

    The agreement, effective Oct. 19, runs through Dec. 31, 2028, and sets terms on antisemitism complaints, admissions and scholarships. It requires no settlement payment, and the university denies liability.
