   Ben Albritton says he will vote against Amendment 3; in June he voted to send the property tax measure to voters

   The Florida Phoenix reported Oct. 20 that Albritton made the statement on the Florida Sheriffs Association’s social media page. The Senate roll call shows he voted yes when the joint resolution passed 30-9 on June 2.
