Updates, newest first

  1. July 22, 2026 Rocky Mountain PBS reported the Hudson plan while covering neighboring Lochbuie's five-year moratorium, whose mayor cited it as a reason for the pause. (Rocky Mountain PBS, July 22, 2026)

Conflicts and open questions

  • Single secondary source; no Hudson agenda, filing or company release was opened. Rocky Mountain PBS linked its description to a Cleanview tracker entry (2024) that lists the project as planned on 500 acres in Weld County.
