Conflicts and open questions

  • Acreage differs by source: InDepthNH reported a 100-plus acre property with 60-70 usable acres and about 40 acres for the data center; WZID reported about 150 acres with about 80 usable. Range 100-150 acres; upper value stored.
  • The New England News Collaborative and NH Business Review describe an existing 200,000-square-foot warehouse on the property that the owner wanted to convert; whether the 40-acre figure includes it is not clear.
  • No application was ever filed with the town.
