- May 2025 South Brunswick approved the data center project, NJ.com reported; construction continued while legal challenges were pending. (NJ.com (via Yahoo News), Oct. 16, 2026)
- March 5, 2025 DCD reported WRV Nurseries South Brunswick LLC had applied to build a 340,985-square-foot data center, with a planning board decision set for March 12, 2025. (DatacenterDynamics, March 5, 2025)

Conflicts and open questions
- NJ.com reports the township's approval of the project came in May 2025; the approving body's resolution was not reviewed.
- The 160- to 162-acre figure is the whole redevelopment area, not the data center parcel.
- NJ.com, citing TAPinto Princeton, reported a Superior Court judge ruled for the township and WRV in August 2026 on neighbors' challenge to the redevelopment designation; the neighbors have appealed.
