Calvert Infrastructure Hub
A Canadian developer plans two data center buildings on about 95 acres of a 650-acre tract in north Mobile County, with a $6 billion first-phase cost and a first building targeted for 2027. Nearby residents have raised questions, and county leaders say they cannot regulate it because the area has no county zoning. Also known as: Beacon Calvert.
