Edged Prichard data center (Project Gateway)
Edged, a developer backed by Koch Real Estate Investments, plans a small $93 million data center at a former 911 data center site on Telegraph Road in Prichard, near Africatown, that has been vacant for years. The project drew strong opposition and a city moratorium, which city attorneys have said does not apply because the application came first. Also known as: Project Gateway.
