The record, newest first

  1. The council postponed a vote on the leasehold assignment from NorthPoint to Patmos until Nov. 2; closing was expected Nov. 12 if approved. (KSHB 41, Oct. 19, 2026)

  2. Patmos applied for a building permit seeking 100 MW in a 285,000 sq ft facility, valued at about $107 million. (KSHB 41, Oct. 19, 2026; DatacenterDynamics, June 29, 2026)

  3. Patmos began talks with NorthPoint about the warehouse. (DatacenterDynamics, June 29, 2026)

Conflicts and open questions

  • DCD does not give a MW figure; the 100 MW and 17.5 MW figures come from KSHB's account of the permit application, so mw_basis is stated.
  • Evidence is reporting only; the permit application and council resolution were not opened.

The full record

Status note
The council put off until Nov. 2, 2026 a vote on letting NorthPoint assign its lease interest in the city-owned EastGate building to Patmos; KSHB says the project was grandfathered ahead of the city's data center moratorium and new zoning rules.
Power note
KSHB reports a June 2026 building permit application for 100 MW in a 285,000 sq ft building, with Patmos planning to begin at 17.5 MW; the application itself was not opened.
