Conflicts and open questions
- Acreage differs by source: 252 acres (February notes offering) and 256 acres (May groundbreaking report).
- DCD's May 5, 2026, report of $4.6 billion in notes for a 230 MW, 517-acre Storey County campus matches the PR RNO Property Owner 1 offering (see the Peru Ridge entry), not South Valley.
- New Project Media placed the SV RNO site in McCarran, Washoe County; the PUCN filings and GOED application put it in Storey County.
- The Indy dated NV Energy's lawsuit to the Friday before July 28, 2026 (July 24).
