Updates, newest first

  1. July 16, 2025 Vantage announced NV1: four multistory buildings of more than 1 million square feet on about 137 acres, the first two fully leased. (DCD, July 16, 2025)

Conflicts and open questions

  • No record found confirming construction or the planned Q2 2026 opening.
  • DCD's NV1 story also described state filings by Vantage Data Centers NV11 and NV12 for a site at Electric Avenue and USA Parkway, but did not say they are part of NV1.
