Conflicts and open questions

  • The applicants for the 11 parcels included Lee District Supervisor Daron Culbertson, who owns some of the land.
  • A third Remington-area proposal, Convergent Technology Park (Convergent VA, LLC), was withdrawn in late August 2026; it is not listed separately because no size was found.
