Updates, newest first

(Washington State Standard (republished by The Spokesman-Review), Oct. 7, 2026)

(Earthjustice (comment letter to Walla Walla County Community Development for Columbia Riverkeeper and the Walla Walla Anti-Data Center League), July 31, 2026)

Conflicts and open questions

  • Water figures conflict between the SEPA checklist (18 million gallons a year) and Amazon's FAQ (14 million); Amazon did not immediately respond when the Washington State Standard asked about the difference.
  • County primary records (the application and SEPA checklist) were not opened directly.
