Cowboy State Daily reported CleanSpark was building out the site near the base, which was not yet running. (Cowboy State Daily, March 16, 2025)
The Tribune Eagle reported CleanSpark had closed on the Front Range site the prior week after CFIUS approval, and that the company planned $40 million to $50 million of infrastructure work across its two Cheyenne sites. (Wyoming Tribune Eagle, Sept. 20, 2024)
CleanSpark announced 75 MW of power contracts in Wyoming, with real estate for a second, 45 MW site still closing. (CleanSpark, Inc. (SEC Form 8-K, Exhibit 99.1), Aug. 1, 2024)
The President prohibited MineOne's acquisition of the Cheyenne crypto-mining property within a mile of F.E. Warren Air Force Base and ordered it sold, on CFIUS's recommendation. (U.S. Department of the Treasury (via FRASER, St. Louis Fed), May 13, 2024)
Conflicts and open questions
- Linking this site to LEADS's 'CleanSpark - NRBP' entry is an inference: the Tribune Eagle places the site in the Front Range Business Park, and LEADS lists one CleanSpark site in the North Range Business Park and one east of town. Not confirmed.
- Status rests on the LEADS list (Aug. 2026); in March 2025 Cowboy State Daily said this site was not yet running, and no CleanSpark statement of energization at this site was opened.
- The federal record describes a national-security divestment ordered against the prior owner; it makes no finding against CleanSpark.
- Coordinates approximate.
