Conflicts and open questions

  • Coordinates approximate, from the reported location of Bison Business Park (southeast of High Plains Business Park, east of U.S. 85).
  • Microsoft's April 2026 expansion includes a 200-acre parcel inside Bison Business Park off Wapiti Trail; it is tracked with the southeast expansion (microsoft-cheyenne-southeast-highlands) because Microsoft presented the 200-acre and 3,000-acre parcels together. Editors may prefer to merge the two if the parcels prove contiguous with this building.
  • The 2021 announcement described both new datacenters as to be built; it is not confirmation that they opened that year.
  • Utility arrangement is from Microsoft's April 14, 2026 release (wy-msft-source-20260414).
