Conflicts and open questions
- Coordinates are a rough placement in east Cheyenne based on DCD's description of nearby facilities; no address or parcel was found. Low confidence.
- Size, MW and investment not disclosed. Treated as a separate campus from Cheyenne Business Parkway and Bison because sources describe it as its own site; it may correspond to one of the unnamed Microsoft entries on the LEADS August 2026 list. Confirm with a county or city site plan.
- Microsoft cautioned that finished construction does not mean the building is operating.
- Utility arrangement is from Microsoft's April 14, 2026 release (wy-msft-source-20260414).
