Conflicts and open questions
- Separate from aws-covington-alcovy-road (described as next to the AWS campus) and from newton-county-technology-park (TPA Group, 317 acres).
- No later annexation vote found.
- Acreage: 213 acres for the data center (DRI, AJC) versus about 230 acres (Covington News); the DRI adds about 307.5 acres of residential land (about 520 acres total).
- MW (360) is from the AJC; the DRI form left peak electrical load blank.
- The DRI flags that the project would require relocating a 30-inch water transmission main in the Gregory Road right-of-way.
