- New Jersey Republican State Committee: Net worth as ELEC states it: $247,086 (its measure of cash after debts the committee owes or is owed). The release does not state loans separately, so that column is empty, not zero. Its federal account files with the FEC and is not in these figures.
- Senate Republican Majority: Net worth as ELEC states it: $710,716 (its measure of cash after debts the committee owes or is owed). The release does not state loans separately, so that column is empty, not zero.
- Assembly Republican Victory: Net worth as ELEC states it: $214,833 (its measure of cash after debts the committee owes or is owed). The release does not state loans separately, so that column is empty, not zero.
- New Jersey Democratic State Committee: Net worth as ELEC states it: $570,738 (its measure of cash after debts the committee owes or is owed). The release does not state loans separately, so that column is empty, not zero. Its federal account files with the FEC and is not in these figures.
- Senate Democratic Majority: Net worth as ELEC states it: $2,095,084 (its measure of cash after debts the committee owes or is owed). The release does not state loans separately, so that column is empty, not zero.
- Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee: Net worth as ELEC states it: $757,813 (its measure of cash after debts the committee owes or is owed). The release does not state loans separately, so that column is empty, not zero.

| Kuniansky, Joanne | — | — | — | — | –Nov. 24, 2025 | ELEC news release, 'New Jersey Gubernatorial Election is Sixth Most Expensive in US History' (Dec. 22, 2025), Table 1 |
- Ciattarelli, Jack: Public matching funds, general election: $12,500,000 (ELEC rounds this figure), the program's maximum; we read this as inside Raised, an inference, so it is not added. ELEC says a campaign's balance, once its bills are paid, goes back to the state because the candidate took public funds. Primary-election public funds are a separate record in the data file.
- Sherrill, Mikie: Public matching funds, general election: $12,500,000 (ELEC rounds this figure), the program's maximum; we read this as inside Raised, an inference, so it is not added. ELEC says a campaign's balance, once its bills are paid, goes back to the state because the candidate took public funds. Primary-election public funds are a separate record in the data file.
- Kaplan, Vic: ELEC names only Sherrill and Ciattarelli as qualifying for general-election public funds.
- Kuniansky, Joanne: ELEC gives no figures (NA), noting she expected to spend no more than $6,900. Empty cells are not zero.
How to read this
New Jersey has no state-level candidate on the Nov. 3, 2026 ballot: it elected its governor and Assembly in 2025 and elects its Senate in 2027. No statewide public question was found on the ballot either, so there are no measure committees. This page therefore shows two separate things, dated and never added together. First, the two state parties and four legislative leadership committees for Jan. 1 to Sept. 30, 2026. Second, as an earlier election, the 2025 governor's general election through Nov. 24, 2025. All figures are read from ELEC's own news releases, which summarize reports filed with it, and none was recomputed from filings: ELEC's report and search pages answer an automated request with a bot check, which we did not try to get past. An empty cell means ELEC's summary does not state the figure, not that it is zero.
Raised, spent and cash on hand are different measures from the same reports and are never added together. Loans are shown on their own and are not counted as money raised. Periods differ between accounts when committees file on different schedules.

What is not here yet
- ELEC's committee filings were not opened and no figure was recomputed from them: ELEC's report viewer, database search and website pages answer an automated request with a bot check, which we did not try to get past. ELEC's PDF files opened normally when these were pulled on Nov. 5; when an independent check reopened the four releases later that day they answered with the same bot check (HTTP 403), so that check was made against the saved copies, not the live files. Every figure here is read from ELEC's own releases.
- ELEC's website HTML pages could not be saved or read in this run, including its home page, press release index, annual reports page and legal resources page. A WebFetch attempt on one older cached copy of the press release index ended at July 2024 and was not used; the 2026 releases were found by search and by trying dated file names, so a release could have been missed.
- Loans and debts for all six 2026 committees: not stated in ELEC's summary, and not yet checked in filings. ELEC states net worth, and the file keeps cash less net worth as our subtraction. Two committees show a difference: New Jersey Democratic State Committee and Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee.
- Loans for the governor's candidates: not stated in ELEC's table, not yet checked in filings.
- ELEC's release does not say in words whether a candidate's Raised includes public funds. We infer that it does, from the table's arithmetic; a filing would settle it.
- Public question committees in ELEC's own registry: not yet checked, because the search could not be opened. No statewide question was found, so none is expected.
- ELEC entity IDs: not yet checked.
- ELEC's terms or data-use page: not yet checked. Only its rules were read (see data_use).
- Figures after Sept. 30, 2026 for the committees are not available until fourth-quarter reports, due Jan. 15, 2027. The 2025 candidates' figures end Nov. 24, 2025, and ELEC said then that they were not final; later filings were not checked.
