Conflicts and open questions
- No MW figure found. sqft (800,000) is four 200,000 sq ft phases if all are built.
- The Tulsa Flyer reported that Tulsa's March 2026 city moratorium would not affect Clydesdale, which was already being built; the site is in unincorporated Tulsa County.
- DCD described the site as on Cherokee Nation land, though the tribe has no direct regulatory control over it.
- No primary county record was opened; the zoning case number was not found. Investment: at least $700 million per phase in the county plan (PRT); DCD later reported $1 billion.
