How to read this
Oregon reports transaction by transaction, not in period reports. Every figure covers transactions dated Jan. 1, 2025 through the latest one filed, recomputed by us from ORESTAR's Excel exports and matched to the cent to ORESTAR's Account Summary pages. We chose Jan. 1, 2025 as the start of the 2026 campaign; ORESTAR's years before it are listed separately under 'by_year'. Status filter: ORESTAR's default search, whose rows are status Original or Amended. It leaves out transactions marked deleted and earlier versions of amended transactions (ORESTAR calls these expired). 'Raised' is cash contributions only; in-kind contributions, other receipts and loans are shown separately and are never in 'raised'. 'Spent' is cash expenditures only. 'Cash on hand' is ORESTAR's Ending Cash Balance, which includes money carried in from earlier years. Only the committees named here are covered, not independent spending or political action committees. No statewide measure is on the Nov. 3 ballot, so there are no measure committees. Legislative candidates are not included: Oregon offers no bulk download.
Raised, spent and cash on hand are different measures from the same reports and are never added together. Loans are shown on their own and are not counted as money raised. Periods differ between accounts when committees file on different schedules.

What is not here yet
- Legislative candidates are not included. ORESTAR has no bulk download that we could find: the transaction search and its Excel export stop at 5,000 records per search, and Account Summaries are one committee at a time. They could be read committee by committee.
- Transactions made in the last days of October or later may not be filed yet (ORS 260.057); the figures are not final and will change until after the election.
- Filers can amend transactions at any time; these figures reflect ORESTAR on Nov. 2, 2026.
- Independent expenditures, party committees and political action committees that spent on these races are not yet checked.
- The May 19, 2026 primary result for commissioner of labor and industries was not pulled from official results, so the winner is not stated here.
- Candidates who filed for governor but did not reach the November ballot are not included.
- The Secretary of State's Initiative, Referendum and Referral search answered another pull today with a CAPTCHA and was not used or bypassed; the finding of no statewide measures rests on the directive, the election page and ORESTAR's measure list.
