Conflicts and open questions
- Entity spelled 'MCD 7 LLC' on the township page and 'MDC 7, LLC' by WFMZ; township spelling used. WFMZ gives about 190 acres; township gives about 191.
- Square footage differs: just under 2.8 million sq ft of data halls plus about 0.5 million sq ft of substations (township); close to 3 million (WFMZ, 6abc). sqft left blank.
- Map point is approximate (Sanatoga Rd. area of Limerick Township).
- Not on DEP's tracker under this name. DEP #10000058 'PECO - Limerick Distribution Project (67 MW)' (East Coventry/Lower Pottsgrove/Limerick, permits issued) is not tied to Project Laurel by any source; DCD links an East Coventry Constellation proposal nearby. PJM PECO need PE-2025-007 describes a new Limerick-area customer of 100 MW (2029) rising to 750 MW (2032), customer unnamed, status 'Withdraw Need' (TEAC Aug. 4, 2026); not cited because no source links it to this project.
- Separate application CU 26-03 (Limerick Town Center LLC, data center) is listed by the township with a Jan. 12, 2027 hearing; it is a different project and not covered here.
