Conflicts and open questions
- AIB's filings place CLT-01 in South Carolina and describe it as the company's existing facility; the 10-Q places One Blockchain's facility in Spartanburg County. No filing seen names the county for CLT-01 directly. AIB also has a separate planned site in Florence County, S.C.
- A 2024 SEC exhibit places BV Power Alpha's facility on Spartanburg County tax map 6-32-00-012.00; the street address comes from the 2022 release, and no filing seen ties that parcel to the address. Coordinates approximate.
- The Spartanburg County moratorium covers facilities above 65 MW; no record was found on whether or how it applies to this site.
- Acreage not found in AIB filings.
The full record
- Status note
- The legacy bitcoin hosting operation was de-energized in June 2026 for conversion to AI/HPC use; AIB says two 25 MW data halls for Nebius are being built, targeted about 10 and 14 months after electric service under the new agreement begins (scheduled Oct. 1, 2026).
- Power note
- 65 MW is utility load under a 15-year electric service agreement executed in May 2026 (10-Q and investor deck). 50 MW is the critical IT capacity contracted by Nebius; AIB says the two figures are measured differently and are not additive. 40 MW was the operating bitcoin mining footprint described in January 2026.
