Conflicts and open questions
- TDLR filings use a Miami (Roberts County seat) mailing address but list the county as Gray; reporting places part of the energy center in Roberts County.
- The mayor's claim that the site is off-grid was not independently verified by the reporting.
- Coordinates are approximate, between Pampa and Miami along County Road 21.
- The mayor gave 750,000 sq ft per building; TDLR filings give 761,000.
