  2. Skybox and Prologis were reported to be offering a 100 MW build-to-suit data center campus with room for about 1 million sq ft on the 64-acre West Plano Parkway site. (Baxtel, April 20, 2023; DatacenterDynamics, undated)

Conflicts and open questions

  • The campus was built for Perot Systems and later owned by Dell and NTT Data. Prologis bought it in 2021, and NTT Data reportedly stays on as a lessee. Part of the site was demolished for warehouses.
  • Announced before 2024. No 2024-or-later approvals or permits were found; it is kept because it is still marketed as planned.
  • The DCD article has no visible date. The Baxtel item dated April 20, 2023 supplies the date.
  • Coordinates are approximate, from the reported street address on West Plano Parkway, which lies in the Collin County part of Plano.
