Conflicts and open questions
- MSB Global's earlier plan cited 800 MW (Phase I) plus 1,200 MW (Phase II), 30 buildings and more than 16,000 acres. CyrusOne has not disclosed MW or acreage, so mw is left null.
- Coordinates are approximate, centered on Sulphur Springs. The exact mine parcel was not mapped.
- CyrusOne's page is undated and was read on 2026-10-29.
- The deed restriction on power generation is in court; the record notes the filings as reported and makes no finding on the claims.
