Vantage's campus page (last updated June 2025) lists VA3 at 19509 Belmont Ridge Road with 288 MW of critical IT capacity, about 2.3 million sq ft in seven buildings and two dedicated Dominion substations, described as coming soon. (Vantage Data Centers, June 4, 2025)
Commercial Property Executive reported that VA3 would add seven multi-story buildings and 288 MW, that Vantage bought the 134-acre site in 2022 for $180 million, and, citing DCD, that it had applied to develop the site. (Commercial Property Executive, April 24, 2024)
