Conflicts and open questions
- Flexential's tour guide gives two UPS figures for this site, 3.3 MW in its quick facts and 6.75 MW in its power section, unexplained. The 3.3 MW figure matches the data sheet and the 5.66 MW metro total on Flexential's page.
- Flexential's documents give no street address. A 2016 release by predecessor Peak 10 places a 64,000-square-foot campus at 10105 David Taylor Drive; only a directory labels that address Charlotte - North.
