    Former head of FBI’s Chicago office sues, saying he was forced out over ‘Broadview Six’ case; judge orders U.S. attorney to testify

    Douglas DePodesta’s complaint, filed Monday, Nov. 2, names FBI Director Kash Patel, Attorney General Todd Blanche and U.S. Attorney Andrew Boutros. The same day, Judge April M. Perry ordered Boutros and three prosecutors to testify under oath Nov. 16 in the dismissed criminal case.
