Conflicts and open questions

  • Kept apart from digital-realty-piscataway because the operator differs, though the address is shared. Neither listing looks stale: both companies' current pages show this address. Directories (datacenterHawk, Baxtel) describe Csquare as a tenant in a building Digital Realty owns; neither company says so on its own pages. Csquare's 54.8 MW of utility power exceeds the 26 MW in Digital Realty's undated brochure for the whole building, and this was not reconciled, so the megawatts should not be added together.
  • Operator page gives no explicit status; treated as operating because it offers space.
