Conflicts and open questions

  • Square footage is the brochure's campus figure. Its building sizes (277,000, 351,000 and 127,000) add to about 755,000, and the current pages list smaller figures for EWR11 and EWR12.
  • EWR19 is not on Digital Realty's current New York and New Jersey list, and its own page and the factsheet could not be opened; status of that one building rests on the brochure.
  • Centersquare (Csquare) lists 3 Corporate Place as its EWR3; see centersquare-piscataway-ewr3. Two directories say Digital Realty owns that building and Csquare leases space inside it; Digital Realty's own pages do not mention this.
