Conflicts and open questions
- Ownership conflict: DCD (2017) says TierPoint picked up the data center in its Windstream deal; Baxtel and datacenterHawk list Compass as building owner.
- Size conflict: about 52,000 square feet (TierPoint's page) vs. 53,000 (its 2017 announcement).
- datacenterHawk lists a second Compass address, 309 Eddy Lane: 96,000 square feet, a planned 4.8 MW, not commissioned. No other record supports it, so it is not treated as a separate project or used for any field.
- No current Compass proposal in Williamson County was found.
- Coordinates are from PeeringDB's listing for 311 Eddy Lane.
