The record, newest first

  1. NewsChannel 5 listed an 82,000-square-foot first phase among existing facilities and a planned 500,000-square-foot campus. (NewsChannel 5 (WTVF), June 12, 2026)

  2. WSMV listed Csquare's 1398 Gateway Drive site among proposed, not yet built, Nashville-area data centers. (WSMV, June 4, 2026)

  3. Evoque and Archer Datacenters announced a joint venture to expand Archer's 28.5-acre site, which had an 82,000-square-foot shell, by adding a 32.8-acre parcel, for more than 500,000 square feet in four phases. (Evoque Data Center Solutions (GlobeNewswire), May 12, 2022; Bisnow, May 16, 2022)

Conflicts and open questions

  • This is not Meta's campus: Bisnow and Evoque's release describe Meta's site as next door. Meta buildings do not belong under this project.
  • Status conflict among directories: Baxtel lists it as operational (built 2024) while also saying Centersquare is developing the campus; datacenterHawk says not yet commissioned or leased, and a second building planned; Data Center Map says under construction; Datacenters.com says Archer's page shows the location as exited. None is a public record, so WSMV's and NewsChannel 5's June 2026 lists control.
  • No Gallatin planning record for this campus was found.
  • The Evoque-to-Centersquare name change is from Baxtel's company history; WSMV uses Csquare at the same address.
  • Coordinates are approximate, placed near Meta's campus because reports describe the two as neighbors; the street address could not be geocoded here.

The full record

Status note
An 82,000-square-foot first-phase shell exists; the wider campus remains planned, and sources disagree on whether the shell is in service.
Power note
Evoque's 2022 figure for full build-out (over 100 MW), of which over 40 MW was available then; growth past that depended on Gallatin Department of Electricity and TVA transmission capacity.
