Conflicts and open questions

  • Smaller than the 50 MW / 100-acre scope (34 acres, MW not reported). Kept because it is an active, contested project since 2024.
  • A Starwood affiliate bought the site in 2022 for $165 million, according to Commercial Observer.
  • Coordinates are approximate, placed from the reported 6299 Edsall Road address.
