Every candidate, not only today’s members. AIPAC PAC columns: Schedule B, line 23 of every AIPAC PAC report, refunds netted, through Oct. 14, 2026 (its pre-general report). Its post-general report is due Dec. 3, 2026. Earmarked gifts are legally the donors’ own: AIPAC PAC collects them and forwards them, and reports each one (“Earmark of …”). UDP columns: 2022 and 2024 from the FEC’s bulk files of independent expenditures; 2026 from its 24- and 48-hour reports. Gifts and spending are different measures and are never added together on this page.

Money between AIPAC and UDP

  • $25M from AIPAC to UDP on Sept. 25, 2025
  • $5M from AIPAC to UDP on Dec. 23, 2025
  • $182K to AIPAC Impact for “advisory fees”
  • $672K to American Israel Public Affairs Committee for “legal/accounting/rent/admin”
  • $12.80M to American Israel Public Affairs Committee for “personnel/benefits”

UDP’s reports, January 2025 through Oct. 14, 2026. AIPAC is the lobbying organization, not its PAC.

UDP’s gifts to other committees, 2026

UDP gave $13.13M to 6 other political committees, which then spent in primaries under their own names. Those committees’ own reports, not UDP’s, show what they bought; their donors and spending were reported on by The Intercept, Al Jazeera and the Associated Press.

State officials

AIPAC PAC and UDP are federal committees: they give to and spend on federal candidates. Track AIPAC also covers only federal money, and says so. State officials appear in these records only when they run for Congress. Track AIPAC lists 23 sitting state legislators, all of them 2026 candidates for Congress or endorsed by the group that runs Track AIPAC; 5 of them got money through AIPAC PAC or UDP spending for their federal race.

Not yet checked: state campaign-finance records for AIPAC members’ or allied committees’ gifts to state candidates, and trips for state lawmakers paid for by groups tied to AIPAC. They are filed state by state and are not in these records.

AIPAC PAC and UDP columns: FEC records, 2022–2026 cycles. Track AIPAC columns: as published on its tracker, Nov. 6, 2026.

How we counted, and what these records do not show

  • Through AIPAC PAC: every contribution to a candidate committee on Schedule B, line 23 of AIPAC PAC’s 58 reports from Jan. 1, 2022 to Oct. 14, 2026, as filed, using the latest version of each. Refunds and voided checks are netted. A member’s total joins every FEC candidate ID on the Congress member list (a senator who served in the House carries both).
  • Earmarked gifts are the donors’ own contributions. AIPAC PAC collected them, forwarded them and reported each one. They are shown apart from the PAC’s own gifts.
  • UDP spending buys ads, mail and calls; the candidate never receives it, and spending against someone is not money for anyone. It is never added to gifts.
  • Track AIPAC’s total is its own: career totals from the more than 50 pro-Israel PACs it tracks (J Street’s PACs among them), direct and earmarked gifts plus their spending for the candidate, from FEC data. Its colors are its ratings of each member’s record. We publish its figures as it publishes them, read Nov. 6, 2026, and do not add them to ours. Track AIPAC is run by Citizens Against AIPAC Corruption, a political committee that endorses candidates and spends in elections (C00879080).
  • These records do not show why anyone gave or how any member voted, and a gift is not evidence of a promise. They do not show gifts from AIPAC members given straight to campaigns without going through AIPAC PAC, which AIPAC said topped $90 million this cycle; the spending of the committees UDP funded; or money given after Oct. 14, 2026.
  • Members are those serving on Nov. 6, 2026. Members elected on Nov. 3 take office Jan. 3, 2027. Non-voting delegates are not included.
