Conflicts and open questions
- Square footage is the reported total of two ~227,000 sq ft halls.
- YourValley names the Pecos Road site Project PHX65 and places it on the north side of the 10400-10600 blocks of E. Pecos Rd., which fits the 10464 E. Pecos address; its text also says east of Signal Butte Rd. Its story carries no printed year (May 14, likely 2024).
- Amazon's second Mesa site (about 43 acres off Elliot Road next to Apple's data center) is a separate campus not in this lead group. No source ties the PHX062 name to a specific site.
