Cogent agreed to sell 10 data centers, one of them in Phoenix, to a new I Squared Capital-backed entity for $225 million in total; the sale closed June 29, 2026. Conflicts and open questions
- The sale releases name only 'Phoenix, AZ'; it is not confirmed which Cogent Phoenix building was sold.

- A marketplace listing gives 24,460 sq ft and 12 MW; not used, conflicts with Cogent's own sheet.
