The record, newest first

  1. STACK's PHX02 page lists the 51-acre, five-building campus with nearly 250 MW of critical capacity. (STACK Infrastructure, Sept. 15, 2026)

  2. STACK announced a five-building, 1.7 million sq ft, 230 MW campus on 50 acres in central Phoenix near Sky Harbor, with a dedicated on-site substation. (STACK Infrastructure, Nov. 8, 2022; Phoenix Business Journal (via Rose Law Group Reporter), Nov. 8, 2022)

Conflicts and open questions

  • PBJ (Nov 2022) reported that STACK bought the land from Sunbelt Land Holdings LP for $78.5 million.
  • Acreage figures: 50 acres (2022 release) vs 51 acres (current page, PBJ).
  • The lead listed some buildings as operating. I could not confirm that from a citable source, so status stays proposed.
  • STACK's other Phoenix campus, PHX01 in Avondale (225 MW critical per STACK's market page), is not in this lead and is not tracked here.

The full record

Status note
STACK announced the campus in November 2022 after buying the land. Its PHX02 page (modified Sept. 15, 2026) and Phoenix market page give capacity but no construction or delivery status for any building. I found no public record of a construction start, approval or opening, so status stays proposed.
Power note
STACK's page says nearly 250 MW of critical capacity. The 2022 release said 230 MW, and PBJ reported 234 MW.
