The record, newest first

  1. The city's list, undated and updated monthly, did not show the project when opened. (City of San José, Nov. 2, 2026)

  2. KQED counted a Great Oaks Parkway building of 444,436 square feet among three pending South San José projects, naming no developer. (KQED, Aug. 13, 2026)

  3. Bay Area News Group reported the plan at about 444,400 square feet and 99.7 MW, with public open space at Charlotte and Lexington. (Bay Area News Group via GovTech, Aug. 7, 2026)

Conflicts and open questions

  • The city's list as opened Nov. 2, 2026 shows neither Charlotte Drive nor a 444,436-square-foot Great Oaks Parkway project (its only Great Oaks entry is a different one, approved in 2017). KQED had counted eight applications under review in August; the list now shows six. Why this one is absent is unknown.
  • KQED's Great Oaks Parkway entry is matched to this plan only by near-identical square footage and is not confirmed as the same project.
