Conflicts and open questions
- The city's announcement does not say CoreWeave or Decennial canceled anything; it says the agreement expired and that the city will keep pursuing development at the site.
- The city's July 2026 statement counts two extensions. Only the first, in December 2025, was confirmed from minutes; the second's date and terms were not.
- Resolution 25R-26 also lists 301 Digital Crossroads, LLC as a party; its ownership is not stated in the records opened. The resolution's title spells Decennial as Decenio and gives the project address as 100 Digital Crossroads Drive, while the mayor placed the new building at 301.
- Who built DX-1 differs: the city says Decennial built and owns it, Inside INdiana Business says Decennial bought it, and earlier reports credit Digital Crossroad.
- An earlier second-phase plan of about 180,000 square feet and 20 MW was reported by DCD in an undated article; no record shows it was built.
The full record
- Status note
- The original DX-1 building was last described as operating, with CoreWeave as a tenant, in 2025 reports. The development agreement for a proposed second building at 301 Digital Crossroads expired with a June 30, 2026 deadline, and the city said it would not extend it.
- Power note
- Applies to the operating DX-1 building, reported at 20 MW with a first 6 MW phase; a commercial listing shows 7 MW of critical power. The 180 MW CoreWeave building did not move forward and is not counted. DCD reported the campus could reach 100 MW through a dedicated substation.
