Conflicts and open questions

  • Facts here come through two Baxtel stories. Digital Realty's own project page could not be opened, and the WISH-TV, Inside INdiana Business and Kokomo Tribune reports were not opened, so the figures have not been checked against them.
  • The reporting reviewed does not say whether Digital Realty's site overlaps the 746 acres annexed in March 2026.

The full record

Status note
No full site plan had been filed, and the council must still approve an economic development agreement.
Power note
About 1.5 GW total draw at full build, per a Digital Realty representative as reported by Baxtel. Baxtel says the site plan lists about 1 GW of IT capacity.
