The record, newest first

  1. Digital Realty's MIA10 page gives the address as 36 NE 2nd Street, a seven-story building of 150,000 square feet with 2N UPS redundancy (page undated; date is when it was opened). (Digital Realty, Nov. 7, 2026)

  2. DataBank's MIA1 page, titled 'Downtown Miami Data Center', places the site in Suite 700 at 36 Northeast 2nd Street, with 11,030 IT square feet and 1.6 MW of critical IT load. (DataBank, Sept. 26, 2026; DataBank, Nov. 1, 2025)

Conflicts and open questions

  • Campus rule: the two lead names, 'Digital Realty Miami MIA10' and 'Downtown Miami Data Center: MIA 1', point to one building at 36 NE 2nd Street. Digital Realty's page gives that address for MIA10, and DataBank's own MIA1 page and data sheet put MIA1 in Suite 700 there. Both are kept as one project.
  • Digital Realty's Miami metro page shows the address as '1036 NE 2nd Street', which looks like a rendering error; the MIA10 facility page and its title say 36 NE 2nd Street.
  • Coordinates are approximate, taken from the street address.
